Wheel removal
Each wheel is removed from the vehicle and mounted on the dynamic balancing machine for assessment.
Imbalance detection
The machine spins the wheel and measures the exact location and amount of imbalance across both the inner and outer planes.
Weight application
Precision weights are fitted at the exact positions indicated by the balancer to fully correct the imbalance.
Refit & torque check
Wheels are refitted to the vehicle, nuts torqued to the manufacturer's spec, and tyre pressures confirmed before handover.
